Who I am

Fit By Selvia, run by Selvia Root, Amsterdam. KvK 42087523. Contact: info@fitbyselvia.com.

What I keep

What you tell me when you contact me, such as your name, phone number and messages. If you become a client, also what you choose to share about your birth, your body and your goals, and any photos or videos you send me.

Why

To reply to you, plan your sessions and coach you.

Who sees it

Only me. I don’t sell your information or share it with anyone else. I use WhatsApp, email and video calls to talk with you, so those services handle your messages the way they normally do.

How long

I keep client messages for up to 12 months after our last session, unless you ask me to delete them sooner.

Reviews and photos

I only show your words, name or photos with your written permission, and you can take them back at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by email. If you’re unhappy with how it’s handled, you can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
