I walked with my baby and worked out regularly. I did planks, crunches, and other abs exercises. I changed my diet, too.
I reached the weight I wanted, but I still had back pain, leaking, and discomfort. Getting dressed made me feel insecure.
“Is this my new normal? Will I feel strong again?”
I wasn’t sure what to do next.

I searched for answers and learned about abdominal separation, also called diastasis recti. But I still needed to understand how to breathe during exercise and how to adjust movements for my body.
I began practising breathing and simple core exercises. Instead of just finishing another workout, I paid attention to how I moved.
I began to understand my body better. I felt more aware of the muscles I was using and more confident adjusting my exercises.
For me, that was the starting point I had been missing.
This is my experience, not a promise about your results or timeline. I do not diagnose diastasis recti.
Book a free 15-minute consultationI’m a mother of two, and I know what it feels like to find your way after having a baby.
After my first baby, I felt lost. I didn’t know much about my body or how to help it recover after birth. I didn’t know where to start, and it took me a long time to feel strong again.
So, I started learning about my body, breathing, core strength, and how to move after birth. Little by little, I began to understand what my body needed.
When I had my second baby, things felt different. I knew where to start and how to move with confidence. I built up my workouts step by step and returned to the gym feeling stronger. This time, I felt more prepared and understood how to support my recovery.
That experience inspired me to help other mothers. I want you to feel less lost, understand your body, and know how to start moving and building strength again after birth.
